Res. Chinese Universities撰写专题报道,1篇被选为封面文章。关于二维无机分子晶体的工作被中科院李玉良院士点评为“领域内的先驱工作”。关于In2Se3大面积相可控合成及其存储器的工作被中科院成会明院士点评为“二维铁电领域的重要进展”。论文被SCI检索引用1100余次。主持国家自然科学基金青年基金1项,主持博士后基金1项。授权中国发明专利1项。
